The Founder Story
I grew up working in landscaping.
My boss was great at landscaping, he could build anything. But he had no idea how to run a business. He was half booked while guys who couldn't hold a shovel straight were fully booked, only because they knew how to market.
The best landscapers weren't getting the work. The best marketers were. That meant homeowners kept hiring the wrong people, getting burned, and blaming the industry, not the process.
